A certified Green Globes Professional, Maness brings extensive expertise in navigating LEED and Florida Green Building Coalition certification processes. In his role, he oversees project management and mechanical systems design for the education division, while actively mentoring newly hired mechanical engineers and helping lead the Matern summer internship program.
Dorian is highly adept at coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams for complex projects. His design portfolio spans both air-side and water-side HVAC systems, as well as specialty Central Energy Plant (CEP) designs such as Thermal Energy Storage. His energy-efficient designs have secured millions of dollars in utility rebates for clients. Committed to sustainability, his approach to engineering design balances energy conservation goals with client-specific project requirements.
